I'm in the UK. I redeemed for a $70 cash credit to my Sportbet account. I've had the account for years, probably didn't sign up through SBR but have received SBR point credits to it in the past. It seemed to process fine, but never got added. Three weeks and two queries to "sam@sbr..." later, Lou replied and said "Please stop trying to order Sportbet cash, you are not eligible once again." I didn't know that!

I double-checked the Sportbet betpoints page and it says available only to users outside the US, which I am. So why aren't I eligible? What can I redeem for? As far as I can tell, all of the stuff (electronics, gift cards) is available only for US users, which just leaves sportsbook cash. But which can I get? Thanks!

Hi AimingHigh - Lou would've meant that since you didn't sign up for the account through SBR, you can't redeem sportsbook cash there. That policy's been in place for awhile now. But you can sign up for an account at one of the other books being offered and purchase cash that way.
