    Has this happened yet to any lenders?

    Guy owes a ton of points, his pro membership is expiring soon and he says that he will be unable to pony up $200 to renew and unless you or another poster lend him the 3000 or however many points it takes, he will be unable to pay you back, or at best you will have to be content with 2 a day for the next five years?

    You can expect to see sleazeball negotiations of this type if it hasn't already happened.

    that has not happened to me..many other slow pays, extrotion, or just stealing points but not that one..

    yeah its happened a few times, we've had quite a few requests for pro renewal points and a few of the if you dont give me the points your screwed requests as well.

    My personal favorite though (did not happen to me) was the guy who got the loan for pro renewal but just couldnt stand having the points and not gambling them so he decided instead of turning pro that he would just dust them all off in the sportsbook.

    I'm currently looking for pro renewal loan, but if I don't get it I'll just end up donating $200 to charity so my lenders will get back there points regardless.

    my pro renewal is up in Feb ( I think i can renew starting mid Jan.). I have about 1600 points, and was contemplating trying to get to 2000 and asking for a loan of a 1000 in order to renew. It shouldnt take me too long to pay the 1000 back, but with playing poker daily, I will only have 6 points to send back per day. I can send free plays too, but what type of terms will I have.

    Never took a loan out before, and don't necessarily want to either. Maybe i get real hot in the sportsbook and dont have to... hopefully.
