    GLITCH: Watch your transfers from sbrbook to forum

    Last night I transferred 2,000 points to do a bet with yisman. It debited my account 2,000 twice instead of only once but I didn't get credit for the second transfer.

    Here is my sportsbook bet history:

    I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone in live chat today, but I am sure they will get it corrected when someone gets on. My main point is to watch your transfers incase this happens to you.

    The exact same thing happened to me awhile back actually (with the same amount too, 2000 points), and unfortunately I never got my points back. I messaged Lou/John multiple times about it (and emailed SBR), but they said that I was not shorted any points, that since I do so many transactions, that I must have made a mistake in my own mind. This was definitely not true (I'm extremely careful about that kind of stuff, and looking at my points history, it was clear 2000 points had vanished). But eventually I had to just write it off since they insisted it didn't happen.

    Hope it doesn't turn out that way for you.

    same exact thing happened to me too guys. almost a year ago at this point

    I never got the pts either ... forget what live chat said but they stopped answering me about it. lol

    I had just won like 12k in the book and so they blamed it on transfers and whatever other stuff.. it didnt make me sweat it too much then.. but when your pts broke you recall on it for sure

    hope u get paid rudy as I have lost a shitload in the book(casino - almost 100k) so it would be the least they could do is have a checks in balances system in place besides the one they have on our side...

    its a simple fix. go look at what was transferred out in bet history and what shows up in the points log

    but these stories have me worried

    Yup, sounds very familiar. Blamed it on me doing too many transfers. I sent clear evidence (similar to what Rudy posted) showing that I was missing 2000 points, but like you stash, they eventually just stopped responding to me so didn't really have a choice but to chalk it up as a loss. I agree that there should be simple way to check for discrepancies like this, given this has now happened to three people...
