Not totally wrong. But it doesn't matter who was right or wrong anymore.

Tryer treated me badly once too, and I think he can be quite abrasive, has a queer sense of what is fair and is easy to get pissed off with. But you can't stay mad forever. After a while it's just an excuse not to pay ;-)

these were you two large loans Zach I have given you (threads below)..u took the loan terms as agreed..of course you paid small interest on a loan, its a loan..

on these loans you were smart! you took the points and bet one game in my sportsbook (reduced juice).

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sbr-points/1939980-zacharyj53-loan-trytrytry-payback-thread-2000-pts.html

u won them 2 different times (great capping). and I sent you the profit minus the loan terms and the loan was done.

it was a completed loan yes..AND I pointed that in the threads to help you in the future....but in this manner this is hardly paying back a large loan in a steady manner.. You have a HORRIBLE history of that as this specific thread proves.

the one time you have to pay back a large loan (this one) (Cause you lost some self control and lost it all in the casino minutes after getting the 2000 points, which happens to many of us we understand that urge)..u right away within an hour of LOSING the loan start your PM bullshit stuff to me about double or nothing on Detroit or no pay..within an hour of the loan u squandered Zach.

    Come on think about it...

however you can get back to good graces no problem. Just start with the EASY 12 a day, grind away at it steady and sure...get back in the good graces....SBR community always welcomes back a poster who gets ir right in the end...as will I

I will offer this one time right here...no interest on this loan despite our agreed terms...if you send 84 points a week (any manner you wish 12 a day or all at once end of the week) starting tomorrow the new week starts.....AND when you get to 1300 paid (u have less than 200 paid now but that is a start).. I will grant you an additional interest free 700 betpoints loan to go for a game or casino or whatever you want and see if you can end it then...

lets shake on it, stop this back and forth.. this is easy peasy for you..cant get any easier.

You dont need this 100% consensus SBR community bashing you and seeing you this way.

So lets agree and turn this around starting tomorrow.

this is the only counter offer you will get from me and its QUITE a nice offer...

Dont just read this post and say off the cuff PHUCK you..blah blah blah..take some time..agree..and we will be moving forward..

So lets agree and turn this around starting tomorrow.

I do see where your coming from, but this is a life lesson you obviously need to learn. You wanted a way to put a dent in this loan, you were looking for help from Tx3; but you did not ask in the way you should of. When you need help from someone you ask politely and with something they need/want.

In this case do you not think it was in try's best interest to help you so the loan could be repaid? Lenders will do add-ons but you have to show them how the extra risk can be both diverted & profitable. It has got to be in their best interest. You basically said, Lend me more or your stiffed. You should of said Try can I add on a small amount say 200pts for a jump in interest so I can bet small games to make reasonable dents in my total.
Have to disagree with you on Lenders. They lend points which equal money to strangers on the internet. Sure they get interest, but for the amount of players that stiff them they need to. If you do not like their MO do not borrow from them. They are not asking for borrowers, people come to them asking for points. The lenders I have dealt with are very fair. Do not know about your specific case, but let's not group all lenders as one.

My mortgage broker denied me on a home equity loan; I feel totally justified not making my monthly payments now thanks to this thread...
