ok here's the rules

pickwinner must go 55.00% percent or better on 100 ncaa football and/or nfl lines and totals of -110
MAXIMUM line is -110, if pickwinner wants a -105 or +100 for example that's fine

for example if there are 8 ties then pickwinner must go 51-41-8 for victory

no betting both sides of the same game, or taking both the over and under on the same game

if pickwinner wins i pay him 1500 points within 48 hours of getting 55 wins or guaranteeing 55%, if not then interest is added at 2%/week

if pickwinner loses he owes me 1000 points, payable within 48 hours of getting 45 losses or guaranteeing less than 55%, if not then interest is added at 2%/week

2 or 3 books maximum will be mutually agreed upon in this thread, i will confirm lines based on timestamp of post.

mediator for all questions will be agreed upon (i nominate secretstash if he wants it)
