    Total payback within 66 days is now 1080, total late fee would be 216.

    216 pt late fee added, total owed 1296. Very disaapointed with the loan & his empty promises. He has made no effort to pay. SnickerDoodles can be now added to the slow pay / stiff list along with other degenerate stiffs Wulf & Hurls.

    Wulf has gotten better lately. Hurls is gone for good so he cannot pay back even if he wants too.

    This guy on the other hand has indeed had the points to pay you back (or at least chunks) numerous times.

    You may want to go pm route though as not sure if he checks this section of the forum.

    I would have gone the pm route, but Lou felt the need to take away my pm's for no valid reason. I'm just updating the status of my loan, so any slow pay & stiff lists can be updated to warn other potential lenders.

    Your statement seems contradictory. If he's a good guy like you say, then there should have been no problem loaning to him. All the good guys I know are responsible with their loans.

    He's a 20 year old kid and has never shown that he'd be able to pay back a loan unless he won big. He's a nice guy, not a responsible adult.

    I have a few friends I consider nice guys. Doesnt mean I'd loan them money.

    I talked to snickerdoodles (and lost rollover points to him) on the poker tables today. He wants to make good on the loan. It is possible that he forgot since he havent bumped in a while, but I dont know. Anyway, I came up with a nice payment plan that could work for both of you.



    He owes 900 points with no interest at all added. You should be due some interest, but to be honest your 192 fee for the late payment is quite a bit for the 67th day. But you are due something.


    How about we make the total payoff 1050 points? This way you make some points and it gives him a shot at paying it off. Of course it he hits it big, then he could feel free and pay you more I guess.

    But I reached this deal with him which is pretty fair I think.


    1. He pays you a minimum of 50 points a week
    a. Under this plan, you get 10 points added per week of interest.
    b. For any week that he pays at least 100 points, then no added interest for that week
    c. If he skips a week FOR ANY REASON, then you get to add 50 points interest.

    2. As mentioned earlier, if he pays you 100 points or more in a week, then no added interest to the 1050 for that week.

    3. If he pays 200 points in one week, then subtract 25 points of interest off of the total of 1050 or whatever it is at that time.





    If you agree, then just say so here and he will start paying it back in that post

    Well bobbywaves apparently didnt like my idea at all. He didnt like my total of 1050, he wants all 1300. Of course he could have made more points by going with my plan if you didnt pay it off in time. He definitely didnt like my point reduction for 200 point payments per week. Oh well I tried.


    Feel sort of stupid that I spent 5 minutes typing that shit out above and another 7 minutes talking to you about it on the tables. Oh well, I learned my lesson. I cant get that 12 minutes back!


    Just need to mind my own business and not give a damn about other poster's business. I no longer give a damn if posters stiff others I guess since his response to me AND MY TIME made him seem like an asshole. I am not even sure if I have ever even heard of bobbywaves before today either. First impressions are everything though.

    I told you in other thread I appreciated you talking to him, however you should have just told him to pay back & that's it. Your clause to cut interest on a 6 month loan is ludicrous. Snicker agreed to my generous loan terms & is now taking advantage. I spent way more than your 12 minutes on this BS Snicker has put me through. Snicker eithe does the right thing by paying loan in full, or I'll continue to call him out & make his SBR stay as uncomfortable as possible. It's very simple, there's no need to complicate things with new terms.
