A tale of 2 customer services

(read the last line in bold if just want the synopsis of this)
So I had a Legends account and ordered some sportsbook cash from the SBR store a few times. I actually created an account there just because the I thought the name sounded cool. The book in itself is nothig special, although their payout service was quite quick.
However, a few weeks ago I request my entire balance out, fill out the online form, nothng happens. Do it again, nothing happens. I thought maybe there was a problem with the rollover, so I bet some more, lucky enough to win some more, request a payout, nothing happens. After a number of attempts on the online chat, I finally get through, turns out my payout method (moneybookers) is no longer supported (nothing menioned after I fill out a form, which contains the option "moneybookers", nothing on the front page or in an email.) Anyway, I splash out on a ** payout, which despite the fact that is terribly expensive, at least has the benefit of getting the money directly in your hand.
So a few days pass, I hit a few nice flops on the poker tables and I am ready to buy some sportsbook cash again. It is Thursday, I few nice mlb games on Friday and Legends at least has dime lines on Friday, while if I buy the cash at a new book (I've only bought cash for Legends) it might not even get there by Friday. I place the order at the sbr store.
I try log in on Friday to place some bets. Invalid username/password, please try again. I try again. And again. And again. I type in my password like a retard, slowly pressing the keys with one finger. Try again. And again. I physically destroy the CAPS LOCK key to make sure it is not the problem. Try again. I finally remember the diagnosis of a crazy person - trying the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Obviously there is a bigger problem here.
A few attempts at the online chat and I get the message - apparently right after my last payout, "management took the decision to no longer service you country". No email, no news on the front page, no message after 37 unsuccessful log in attempts.

Ok, I get over the fact that I feel like a fat chick dumped - I know I shouldn't care because I never really liked her all that much in the first place, but still - I realize I have made an sportbook cash order into a non-existent account. Wonder how SBR will deal with this, after all it is probably my responsibility to request money to existing account.
I open the chat, tell SBR Jonelys what my issue is, she says she'll tell Lou and PM me and 45 seconds later I get an email that the order has been cancelled and the points are back into my account.

So, lots of rambling, but long story short, I just want to thank the SBR staff for keeping some good standards around here.
