    Stupid question but I have never really paid attention to golf betting. If/when both Rose and now obviously Mickelson miss the cut is the wager still graded for full tourney just off of there two rounds scores?

    Yes. If both miss the cut, the one with the lower score still wins.

    Rose is up four strokes.

    Another awful tournament for Phil. He's tied for 147th, a few spots out of dead last. But hey, he won a streak for the cash pick.
