So i ordered a pizza on 7/20/2011 from papa johns...............i have ordered more than 10 free pizzas and never had a problem before

However last night when i got the pizza the driver asked for the card i used to order the pizza.i told him i did not have it because the people who bought me the pizza were not in town.He then proceeded to tell me he could not leave the pizza without seeing the card that had paid for it.So i told him to hold on and i tried to contact sbr via the live chat.The live chat was down so i was not able to contact anyone via sbr chat.So i went back to the driver and told him to cancel the order and his tip because i could not produce the card.He told me he would let it slide this time and gave me the pizza,but said next time i order via this meathod i must show the card.THIS IS TOTALLY ******...WHAT SHOULD I DO SBR?????HOW CAN I GET AROUND PRODUCING THE CARD NEXT TIME?I ALMOST FEEL LIKE I CAN NOT ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THIS.ITS TOTALLY SCREWED UP I WAS PUT ON THE SPOT LIKE THIS.IT TOOK ME 12 MINS FOR HIM TO LEAVE THE PIZZA AND QUIT HARRASSING ME.WHAT SHOULD I DO??????NOT ORDER FROM PAPA JOHNS ANYMORE?

This has happened a few times in the past , but not usually from Papa John's as they are paid using a Papa John's gift card. If this happens again, the best thing to do is tell the driver that it was paid for using a Papa Card and that it is not a requirement to produce the card since it has already been paid for.
Now as for Domino's this could and may happen as I pay for them using my CC and a lot of them will ask for the card. But I haven't had an issue with Domino's in awhile.
I am usually off the board at 7pm cst. quite a few of the regulars have my phone number and will call me if there is a problem. You can PM me and ask for it and I will gladly give you my number so that if there is ever a problem just give me a call.
