    Betpoint Question

    Betpoint Question-

    I am having trouble receiving my daily betpoints.

    I have to login in over and over to receive my daily betpoints.

    Yesterday...Wednesday 5/24/23, no matter what I did on my phone and on my laptop no points appeared.


    Here is a post made yesterday. Wed 5/24/23 and I was unable to get points yesterday. Not sure what the problem is:

    I think that log may have soemthing to do with your local time zone compared to the server time.

    Here is what your log looks like from my local time zone;

    I'll ping the techs to have a look and let us know if your account is correct.




    When you say you have to log on multiple times to get points, I am also guessing that is simply a delay between logging in and points being updated. But will also ask techs about that too.

    Thanks for reaching out. It appears all of your points are being awarded. There can sometimes be a delay in the queue on the points service and it might not reflect the exact time of first login each day. But they are eventually added to your points log.
