They basically HAVE to win the NL West to get into the playoffs. The NL has a lot of strong teams this year that will be vying for the wildcard spot.

Dodgers got nothing is much closer to the truth

jackoffs like Troncoso were exposed for the pedestrian losers they really are last year

2 years ago these guys floated in the stratosphere, don't see that happening again

I am not high on the Dodgers. They still have a lot of underachievers (Loney, Kemp) and guys who are locks to miss time due to injury (Furcal, Lilly).

Dodgers are on my list of teams to fade.

Also includes: Pirates, Diamondbacks and maybe....Mariners away & maybe Astro's.

I can't wait to see the dodgers lose.
Being a Padres and Giants fan, I love to see the dodgers choke blue. Sorry, it's a fanatic thing.

Watch out for the Dodgers.... they are pretty dirty if you ask me. The Giants will regret not signing Juan Uribe. They have some flat out ball players on this squad

    Casey Blake
    Matt Kemp
    Andre Eithier
    Raffy Furcal
    Juan Uribe
    James Loney

The pitching staff is a bit overrated but they will compete.

Think they can be decent but they are looking more and more like the Cubs and Mets from every year

Yeah, I'm sure they'll miss his .749 OPS.

Yes the Giants WILL miss Juan Uribe, no doubt. But they did try very hard to sign him, they even matched the Dodgers' offer, but he wanted to go to LA

Juan Uribe is fat, I'm not worried about him.The Giants have DeRosa back. And I would rather pitch to Casey Blake then that #9 hitter. Only player that is a sure hitter is Eithier, but he can't carry the team all by himself.
