Ace, I hit around 65% last year betting +RL favorites. Look for +RL odds that are lower
than the opposing teams ML odds. You could have at least 10 games a day.

It carries the same risk as betting ML faves, but your getting the extra runs.

These are SU bets, no chasing. Hint, don't bet on games lower than -222. (1.45)

    good stuff rkelly !!

also look to play all detriot , atlanta , colorado home games, no chasing ( anything above -150 do the runline)

systems are pretty tough in baseball. Finding solid ones is no easy task. Always curious when people come up with things but very rarely does it pan out.

Betting against Pitt on the road was a great money maker last year for me. I expect more of the same.

The Pirates won't set the world on fire this year but they should be improved. McCutchen, Alvarez, Walker are pretty solid young players, all should continue to improve.

shinnman, I don't know how much more I can explain. I personally use decimal (euro) odds
to easily pick which games fit the system.

Look at +1.5 RL odds to see if they are lower than the opposing teams ML odds.
If they are, and they are at or above 1.45, that is the bet.

Today, all of the teams (12) had +RL odds lower than the other teams ML.
10 of those teams won. 83% 5 won SU.

It's a real simple system, just look at the odds and place your bets.

    am i missing something

example nats rl was -165 mets ml was -119 the nats won but the rl # was higher than the mets ml # i think all rl's yesterday was higher then ml for the other team could not find one that was lower

The -165 means you have to bet $165 to win $100 which means the odds
were lower on the +RL than the Mets ML, where you only had to bet $119
    to win $100.

I see where the confusion is coming from. I'm use to using decimal odds.

So using American odds, look for +RL higher than the team they're playing on the ML.

    Does that help?

Agreed they should impove on last years deadful 17-64 road record. Just a matter of time till McCutchen is a Yankee/Red Sock. Not sold on Correia coming over from San Diego I think that will be a bust. Time will tell.

Might fade the Cubs for 500 a pop this season, probably would end with a lot of profit.

With a major sport like baseball, it's rare you will find a "system" that will work.

If you guys can't bet on the +RL's at the moment, there's not much you can do.
Yesterdays ML's hit 50%, but that's not the norm. Here's todays plays.

    NY Mets +1.60 -166 SU
    St Louis +1.57 -175 SU
    Baltimore +1.58 -175 SU
    Tampa +1.62 -160
    Chicago WS +1.60 -166
    Cincinnati +1.52 -190 SU
    Texas +1.52 -190 SU
    Colorado +1.57 -175
    Chicago Cubs +1.57 -175
    San Diego +1.60 -166 SU
    Boston +1.60 -166 SU

Hey rkelly, you're betting on the teams you mentioned, but on the +1.5 correct, not the ML?

daneault, yes that is correct, bet +RL.

Sawyer I only have records from last year and it was hitting at 65%.

This is an odds only system, with a little bit of capping and pick and choose,
    you might do better.

That system probably will not work in the long run. Betting 10 games a day you will lose substantial juice throughout the season.

I like to bet teams that are on a streak and also look at pitchers

If a pitcher has had 3 or more bad outings, BET ON THEM
If a pitcher has had 3 or more good outings, BET AGAINST

It all comes back to the norm.

    on JM picks also.

Not looking too good for the +RL fav's in pre season. Yesterday hit at 50%, today only 20%.

I was watching that too Golfer, didn't keep a running log. Does it work pretty good?

65% dosen't leave you much room though

Looking quick you average Odds were around -170 at those number you need to hit 63% just to be even; at 65% your making very small profit ( less than 1% ROI)
