Pirates road to Omaha started today...rough start for ace Seth Maness getting his 1st pitch taken deep, but he bounced back nicely going 7 innings giving up just 4 hits, 1 run and 7 K's. Pirates posted a 6 spot in the 2nd and cruised the rest of the way. Errors plagued the Pirates last season, glad to see a fat 0 in that spot today. Youngstown State-3East Carolina-11
Fullerton now -160 and a solid play I think. They own Long Beacj. 18-5 in their last 23 in the series and have beaten the Niners 7 straight. Noe Ramirez on the hill. Only bad # is they are 3-11 in road openers.
Doubtful to be played tonight though. 100% chance of rain in Long Beach.

Have not really got into handicapping college baseball. If 5Ds consistently has lines for them, I may be tempted. Then again, isn't there only a $50 limit on each game until the line moves?
Do many of you find handicapping college baseball profitable? I would assume that you would have to only focus on your local conference or something, as you probably wouldn't get to watch many games otherwise. Is it strictly numbers based, or do you do things differently compared to MLB?
