    Wow check out this difference:

Giants to win 2011 World Series:

    Bookmaker: +875
    The Greek: +2050

Have no chance to repeat; just all came together for them. Pitching staff won't do as well this season.

I love it how people still doubt the Giants and still underrate the the staff & bullpen. Last year's MEDIOCRE lineup took care of BIZ against the supposed best pitchers in the game. regular season and post season.

Phillies will win the NL East in a walk, books know this, you know this, I know this, thus the line, Joe Common Bettor doesn't have 9 dollars to win 1 dollar.

Met's have no pitching, and are a mess.
Marlins need a perfect storm to compete
Braves are weak in key positions.
Nationals (who may be contenders in 2013) are still a minor league 'a' team, even with a healthy boy wonder Stras at the front end of the rotation, and his side kick Bryce raking at the plate.
News flash, Werth did not save the day for the Nats.

Let them underrate us all the way to back to back titles and a dynasty

I never have underestimated the giants pitching staff, but I just dont see a repeat, barring an above average performance from Tejada (good luck with his fielding), and a repeat performance by Buster Posey and Aubrey Huff.

Posey is only going to get better amd Sandoval has lost a ton of weight and will be better

I dont see any reason why Huff can't duplicate what he did this year. The dropoff from Uribe/Renteria to Tejada should barely even be noticeable if at all.

I'll take my chances with 5 studs in the rotation and a lights out bullpen, okay

This pitching staff in this park? Affeldt with new mechanics to regain '09 form? B-Weezie throwing BB's? Posey with a year of seasoning? Panda with less food to have to put seasoning on? Rowand gently ushered to the bench where he belongs? A feature length movie about Torres? Huff Daddy--even a mediocre Huff Daddy? DeRosa healthy? Sanchez (no...the other Sanchez--the one who doesn't speak a word of Spanish) healthy? Brandon Belt ready to bust-in and step up if need be? An entire club with a swagger, confidence, and fortitude annealed in the fires of a world championship?

Please...Giants repeat this year. It might be torture again, but Giants repeat. At least, they have a really good chance to. But that's just my objective, dispassionate, reasoned conclusion from looking at the empirical data.
