Dropping another large play, love the card today:

    Friday 8/1

    80 dime (W)
    Giants (Lincecum) -130
THIS IS A JOKE PART II. Are you kidding me? Lincecum come in flat out owning the Padres. This season he has seen them 3 times and is 1-0 with a .093 ERA. Now that is rediculous. Padres counter with Banks who did pitch a complete game last time he saw the Giants but since then he is 0-4 in 8 starts with a 5.03 ERA. At this price, just like last night with Webb, I will back Lincecum and you should too.

    40 dime
    White Sox (Vazquez) -135 (W)

    20 dime
    Angels/Yanks over 10 -115
    Mets/Astros over 9.5 -110 (W)

    10 dime
    Rockies/Marlins over 8.5 -120

    Good Luck

    2008 MLB (2nd half):
    28-28 (+72.4 dimes)
    100 dime (top play): 1-0

THIS IS A JOKE PART II delivers again behind Lincecum. 2-0 on the top plays today with White Sox also getting it done for a huge Friday following the huge Thursday.

100 dimes on the card for Saturday, keeping this run going into the weekend

    Saturday 8/2

    40 dime
    Mets (Santana) -139
No Brainer of the Day - Mets have failed Santana all year long on run support and the bullpen has not helped him much this season either. But before you think Astros consider this. Mets have won 3 of the last 4 starts behind Santana and we all know he is a strong second half pitcher. He has posted a 2.77 ERA over that period. Oswald is a good pitcher but this is only his second game after coming off the DL and he didn't look that great in his first appearance giving up 4 runs on 7 hits in just 5 innings of work. Mets have the bats to rough him up if he is just alittle bit off and I love the fact that Carlos Beltran is batting a .467 lifetime against Oswalt. Mets win this one and Santana continues to role in the 2nd half.

    20 dime
    Brewers (CC) RL -110 (W)
    Yanks (Mussina) -140 (W)
    Reds/Nationals over 9 -105 (W)

Just as a side note that I haven't mentioned, I bet $5 per dime so since Wednesday up $1164

    Good Luck

    2008 MLB (2nd half):
    31-30 (+181.8 dimes)

O mighty Pat, should I do like everyone else and do Units, because I really give a **** what you think, coming from a guy who plays all the favorites at rediculous prices like -180 to -200 and then acts like you did so much research to find winners. At least I keep an acurate count of wins and loses, I see others had to call you out to make you get yours right.

Didn't say they were but that has been about all of your picks until about a week ago. Hey, I have no problem with the way you do your betting. I have stood up for you when others like to pick at you with things you have done in the past, like your all in on the Wizards, on this site. I don't know why you have to come to my thread and tell me how I should run my system. I happen to like the dime system and changing bet sizes I believe is the key to money management because every game I play aren't always at the same level day to day. Case and point I am 1 game over .500 with wins and losses but have hit a high percentage of top plays day to day so I have a good size bankroll. Over time everyone goes on losing streaks and if you bet the same amount everytime juice and just the fact you lose will kill your bankroll. But placing -200 bets at the same amount is going to catch up to you. You miss 2 of those it will take you 5 or 6 wins just to get that money back.

Let me start off by saying another winning day with 11.4 dimes of profit today and more importantly keeps this run alive as now up over $1200 in the past 4 days. 3-1 day not too bad. But then I must say, are you shitting me! The Mets pen once again ****s up another great outing by Santana. This guy would be a front runner for the CY Young if Mets pen wasn't such a piece of shit. 3 outs away from another monster day but ends in disappointment as they cost me the top play of the day. Most important thing though, 4th straight winning day I guess and on to Sunday.

    Back later with tomorrow's plays

    2008 MLB (2nd half):
    34-31 (+193.2 dimes)
    80-100 dime releases: 2-0
100 dime (Top Play for baseball): 1-0

Bringing another monster play for Sunday. 200 dimes of action today, putting the winnings on the line, that is how much I like the card for today. Lets make it 5 straight winning days and once again take another payday from the crookies.

    Sunday 8/3

    80 dime
    Angels (Lackey) -130
THIS IS A JOKE PART III (GOING FOR 3-0)
I had Yanks yesterday but I have to go with Lackey here. I mean Rasner is on the mound and even though the Yanks are 5-1 at home against winning teams when he pitches, let just say it isn't because Rasner has been lights out. Rasner is just 3-8 his last 11 starts. Yanks have only scored 2 runs in his last 2 starts and he has lost 4 of his last 5 decisions. On the other hand, even though Lackey is just 4-7 lifetime against the Yanks, he has seen recent success winning 3 of the last 4 when facing the Yanks and is definitely the best pitcher heading to the mound. Lackey seems to have shaken off his funk winning his last 3 starts and throwing a gem his last time out almost getting the no hitter at Fenway. He is 5-1 in his last 6 on the road with a 2.36 ERA. Angels play well on the road and after Mussina's start yesterday I don't think Angels will be held down like that for 2 straight games as hot as they are. Lackey gets the run support he needs and Angels get back to their winning ways.

    40 dime - 3 Pack
    Mets (Perez) -135
    Brewers (Sheets) -154
    White Sox/Royals over 9 -120 (W)

    Good Luck

    2008 MLB (2nd half):
    34-31 (+193.2 dimes)
    80-100 dime releases: 2-0

Wow, I don't even really know what to say about the Angels/Yanks game. Go from easy win to shock to a chance once again after the grand slam to shocked again with Angels committing error after error. Can't handicap that and with that loss comes the end to a good run. Tough day all around but that is the way it goes. That is two straight days going into late innings with leads in top plays and bullpens blow them both, frustrating.

Love this top play tonight. Nate Robertson last 12 games has seen the over on a run of 10-2 when the team faces righties, 8-0 when it’s visiting a righty, 6-1 on the road, 6-1 in Robertson’s last seven overall and 10-4 when he’s facing a losing team. Robertson has a 16.55 ERA in the last 3 road starts and for the season is over a 7.00 ERA on the road. What do you think is going to happen when he faces this Texas lineup? They might hit this total by themselves. This is also why I have a small bet on the texas team over. On the other hand, Texas has played the over 9-0 against lefties, 7-1 when Millwood faces a losing team, 6-1 when he faces the AL Central, 6-1 when he’s at home and 13-5 in his last 18 starts overall. This series has played the over in 5 straight. Make it 6.

Yes, Lannan was lit up by Colorado a couple days back but he pitched well against the Cubs landing 7 shutout innings last time. I know we probably won't see him shutout the Cubs again but I think this number is alittle inflated. Nationals have not been scoring runs and I think if this ends up going over Cubs are going to have to score early and often. I think this game ends up being 7-2 game. These two have only played one other series this season and none of those games even came close to this total. Play the under

Horrible week coming into today, but that ends today. To me these lines are starting to get out of control for some of these teams that are way over valued. Today I have found multiple games that I believe the line is way off. Take the Yank game, Cabrera hasn't lost a game to the Yanks yet this year, add the fact that Yanks are just 1-7 in Rasner's last 8 on the road and we get a good price getting a run and a half (simply rediculous), same with the D'Rays, they have the better pitcher on the mound, better team, and last time we saw these two face D'Rays won in a 5-0 shutout and we get a good price on getting a run and a half and finally the Blue Jays game as Burnett, and the Blue Jays for that matter, have flat out owned the Red Sox, 4-0 with a 1.98 ERA in his career, pitching at home and we get a good price getting runs (once again rediculous). Then we have Tigers and Brewers, CC a no brainer, as no team has been able to do anything against him and Tigers will face a minor league pitcher who doesn't even have close to a winning record in the minors 5-11. Throw that in with the fact that Tigers have destroyed the Royals in the second half of the season going a perfect 5-0 after the all-star break. We will see how this day plays out but it is time to bring back the Sunday magic that I had in the first half of the season when I was flat out unstoppable. Good Luck today gentleman.

9-5, 64% last two nights as I said I would deliver on Sunday and again on Monday after a horrible week last week. Well we keep rolling tonight and make it 3 straight winning days.

    Tuesday 8/26

    20 dime
    D'Ray's (Shields) -118
Halladay is a great pitcher but not against the D'Rays, in the last 3 appearances against this team Halladay is 0-3 with a 5.32 with 2 of those losses coming at home and one at the D'Rays. Something about this team and with Shields on the other side the advantage lies with the D'Rays.

    Mets (Martinez) +112
All I have to say is Mets have dominated the Phillies even at Philly. This season the Mets have taken 5 of 7 games in Philly and 10 of 14 overall this season and tonight they make it 6 of 8 as Martinez takes the hill. Martinez already threw a gem against the Phillies earlier this season in a win. The Phillies struggled to score runs lately and especially when Moyer hits the mound. Get on this rediculous price because no matter where these two teams have met we have seen the same result......a Mets win.

    10 dime
    Red Sox/Yankees over 9.5 +105 (W)

    5 dime
    A's/Angels under 7 (Smith/Lackey) -105 (W)
    Nationals (Action) +175 (W)

    Good Luck!

Wednesday night 3-0 sweep of the board, including top pick Astros RL and a bitter sweet comeback as Mets once again knock down the Phillies to take the divisional lead right back. And this just in, the bullpen get the win. That makes the run a 15-7, 68% run since Sunday.

    Picks up later for today.
