    I quit playing them. You can say whatever you want about looking at the first inning runs pitchers have given up, etc. ... but if there is any bet on the board that is the flip of the coin - this is it. One swing and your "no score" bet is ruined. One inning where the batters don't have a clue and your "score" is screwed.
