I'm just sitting down to do my due dilligence but you have the Yankee's as the FAV tom? I bet them today for another system (they won). I'm not to concerned with this sytem because I've done my own backtesting on a couple of books and most likely the fav will come in before 6 games- I just hope it's the 4th this time! I think I'll play this sytem by starting on the 2nd or 3rd bet just to reduce exposure. I do that with all the systems (except this one so far). ex- I had Boston as a 6th play in the "shut out" system, fading Boston yesterday (it's a max 6 game system). The payout was great and I exposed my account by 15%. I could have gone higher but played it cool. The great thing even if you come in on the last few bets in any system is that if the system fails you can continue. Most often losing a system series will win on the 1st or 2nd bet after the cut-off. That was a lot of info- I'm tired and rambling- Any way thanks for the heads up on NY I'll dbl check.

Anyone have the individual win/loss record for this system from past years? The more I play it, the more it seems like running a labby playing the biggest underdog of the day on the ml rather then the largest favorite, would have great payouts and do well.. any thoughts?

I know that this thread is for comments on the system BUT I'm posting this on the threads of the 3 systems I follow. It could be obviously helpful to me as well as some others. As I will state- It helped a friend and may help others who will lose money. Since everyone is a gambler here it seems like the obvious place to ask. I will not post again so please don't neg me by saying "don't post that shit here" because I won't. You may need it-

So he gave me his info and I opened an account- transferred the funds to my new pokerstars account (I'm in Australia), withdrew and wired him the money. This being said he obviously trusts me. It seems that when we lose we lose big- not a bad idea- I'll try some back testing.

The beauty of this system is that your getting decent odds by playing -1. Implement a labby with this and you're set. On to tomorrow, hopefully the Yanks can go wild!

april has been brutal. i have a total of 12.68 units lost on this three games losing streak.
over the next four wins i will bet win 3.17 to get the units back lost on the losing streak +1 unit.

This, and other variations, get discussed from time to time. By my count, last year's total RL won-loss record was 94-84. There were 23 one-run wins, however, so by changing the wager from RL to ML, the day's biggest opening favorite would have been 117-61. The reason no one does this, however, is that it is WAY too expensive. In April last year you would have three consecutive losses at prices of -170, -185 and -190. In May there would have three consecutive losses at -225, -260 and -300 . . . and I didn't even include the two worst cold spells that came later in the season.

i wouldn't recommend playing the biggest underdog. every season i have recorded 10+ games winning streaks for the biggest favorite.

the longest winning streak for the biggest favorite was august 2008, 19 games in a row, that would break anyones back no matter if you got real nice odds betting the dog moneyline.

got off to a slow start which is discouraging......we only have 12 wins for the first month, on average the system generate 15 wins per month. but i absolutely positive the pace at we pick up units will increase now. i can't see any reason why we shouldn't finish below the total units won from previous years this year.

i am confident a period with fewer c and d bets is just around the corner.

only on three occasions the system has performed this poorly the last five years.

september 2009 12 wins
july 2008 9 wins.....all star break cut the wins short
june 2006 12 wins
