Heavy early line movement coming in on Florida. As much as 15 cents at a lot of books already.
Call me a sucker, but I am taking SD anyway. Looks like a steal to me at home at just -125 odds...
* Volstad has a road ERA of 6.38, and has slowly been trending downward overall, he has a ERA of 8.00 in July so far.
* Leblanc has a home ERA of 2.36. And he is consistent as you can get, he never has horrible outings. You know what you are going to get out of him every start. 6 innings, 2 runs allowed.
* SD has best bullpen in baseball, Florida have a poor bullpen.
* Marlins have the better offense, but Coghlan got hurt this week, and Cantu got traded today, which downgrades their offense down to the Pads level.
Am I missing something? Why is the line moving so much in favor of the Marlins?
