    Cleveland +1.5 a PUSH?

    at 5 dimes...they say totals are NO ACTION.......i understand that.....but the runlines are NO ACTION as well if the game is called final without the full 9 innings.......thats what they told me(5dimes that is)...just trying to confirm if this is true
