    MIL/PIT Under 8 -102. These two teams have combined for an impressive 38 runs in the last two days, and are at the end of a very long series. This can’t last forever and I see both offenses coming out slow tonight. Brewer’s ace Yovani Gallardo returns from injury with a 2.58 season ERA and has historically done very well against the Pirates. Pittsburg pitcher Ross Ohlendorf has not fared as well overall this season, but has a 2.25 ERA in both home starts against the Brewers. Take the under in this game today.

    As a lifelong Pirates fan, I could see this hitting. Ohlendorf could also blow up and easily give up 5 or 6 as well, he's sort of pitching above his talent like he did in the 2nd half last year. Brewer's runline might be a decent bet. I think Yovani gets Pedro and co. to come back to Earth tonight.

    Thank you for the kind words. I have always been able to pick winners, but this is a nice hot streak... I'm 70% in my last 33 and 64% in the MLB this year, so far...

    I'd give more info and proof, but I don't think I'm allowed to here...

    I'm the new guy on the web in terms of picking sports, but am an old timer in betting sports locally...

    Not in this specific thread, no. But I do create a new thread titled "The Shadow" in this Baseball Handicapping forum, the "Service Plays" forum and the "Sports Promotion" forum, each afternoon around 2:30-3:00 PST. I only post 1 of my daily picks even though I have several... check the "Sports Promotion" thread, or my "Picks Blog" in my signature for more information...
