JJ velocity was 91-93 topped out and when he is right he can max 94-95. Changeup he seems to have a good feel for amazingly considering his time off. That is really his out pitch, but when he is in good forum he beats many with his fastball because it is deceptively faster than the gun reads especially when elevated.
