    TennisBabe MLB Wednesday Picks

    New York Mets -125
    Risking 3.750 to win 3.000

Santana has outstanding career numbers against the Padres. I'll take the better pitcher.

FYI: The Mets haven't won consecutive road games since July 25-26 last season in Houston.

I pretty much knew the game was over when K-Rod blew the save.

I've been on a bad baseball run TB I knew you were screwed when I was on the Mets as well.

I'm pissed at K-Rod but for a reason many won't comment about. K-Rod almost always falls off to his left after he pitches (mostly after he throws his curveball) and on that 17 hop single up the middle by Eckstein K-Rod did just that - fall off to the left. Almost any other pitcher who knows how to field his position was on the mound that would have been a 1-3 groundout. Very frustrating. As I said last night....the 27th out is the hardest to get
