Yes, that's right. If the pick is NO, then you can pick William Hill's "None" bet since these two options are exactly same.
But if the pick is YES and you pick 2+ Runs, you will lose in case of 1 run. If you pick both -1 run and 2+ runs- yeah it will be the same bet. Just I noticed that, sorry..
