Impressive stuff from Braden today, but the Rays are right back on it tomorrow. Wondering if there are any trends for teams following being no-hit. They won last year after Buerhle got them with Garza on the hill. Interesting Garza pitches tomorrow and I'm sure will be amped to put it behind them. Trouble is the Angels have dominated them in recent history, especially in Anheim.
I like Garza as well. He can be a wildcard at times as an emotional pitcher but these are spots he tends to come up big. The angels weren't exactly crushing the ball in Seattle either. Keeping in mind Pineiro isn't exactly a stud, coupled with the fact that there's no time zone adjustment from the games today and they're both traveling overnight on the west coast.
The more I look at it the more I see strong edge for the Rays and a possible under play
