Freddy Garcia is crap without getting in to details and at a closer look it is even worse. He's got a bad track record against KC (8-13 with 6.03 ERA with a BAA of .300+). Pale Hoes bullpen has been quite hitable this year too with 4.07 ERA (7.91 the last three games).
Bannister had a real good outing last time, only two hits and one ER on seven innings against Rays. 3-4 on 12 starts against Chicago with 7.61 ERA though. A pleasant 5+ ERA for the team's relievers.
I was thinking the same thing. Neither pitcher has a good history against their respective teams. Everything I looked at points towards the over. I think it's at least worth a small play.
