Where did u go to find that information? Which players , managers will generally sit? I know they have to hand in the Line-UP card to the Umps but how do WE find out in time to put action on it?

And to get a little off topic, when is the earliest NFL teams report team inujuries and who wont be playing? And where is the best place to check for that?
AC, sometimes i check the injury report but they dont necessarily say whether they are sitting for rest. Thanks!
