Wow. Steele was at the end of his rope with 95 pitches or whatever. Had Lane Thomas down 0-2 and finally threw the speedball by him and made him look like a fool. Boy! Barely got 5 Ks, but then the Cubs got it to 10 and it won!

Cashed out of Reds Over on MGM. Lost $80 of the $100 bonus so no real cash loss yet. Lodolo has the nasty slider today and Suarez doesn't look like he'll get bit by the Gabp bug. Sometimes good pitchers come in and give up a cheapie HR and fall apart, but doesn't feel like it today. The Reds aren't hitting enough
Loser too it seems. Mahle is only throwing 89-90 today? Their manager had a guy warming up, but KC is still making outs because they suck. Won't get Ks at 89 mph though? Usually 93-96 for Mahle

Might double back on White Sox missing the playoffs again too. Tim Anderson out and Luis Robert dinged up and hasn't played since August 12. I think they're trying to keep him off the IL but not a good sign for them

Bought about 1500 shares at 1.25 per and sold them at 6.50 not long before the 1 for 10 split. Which worked out to be a disaster like I expected.

Gambling is basically recession proof so that helps unless the company is ran piss poorly. Then it comes down to whether you think we're in a recession? I don't. Sure inflation/gas is ridiculous, but how can you be in a recession when everyone and their brother is hiring?

This Thompson kid for the Cubs is a big-time Fade now. He was horrible last start in Cincy and terrible today with no velocity. I hope they pull him soon before Milw gets a big lead? Young guys get fatigued quick with a long mlb season
