The Padres enter this game on a cold stretch but I fully expect that to change tonight behind their best starting pitcher this season in the form of the right handed Joe Musgrove. Musgrove will be opposed by the pride of Baton Rouge Aaron Nola. Nola has been a great fade on the road this pitching to the tune of a 5.56 ERA away from Citizen Bank Park. Nola has allowed more hits then innings pitched on the road and now facing an offense who will be eager to get back to form tonight should spell a long night for Nola. Musgrove has been lights out at Petco Park this season sporting an ERA Of 2.43 at home while opposing teams hit just .200 vs him. The Padres should break out tonight and get a much needed win at home.
