I like the value The run line can offer when you are confident in a favorite, because I can’t justify Betting any team -300 or some ridiculous number. That being said, is betting the home team run line a dumb bet? Personally I like playing the run line only on the away team. Guaranteed 9 innings to bat and sometimes it does take that last lick.
