    Let’s talk baseball

Boards gotta stay sharp... season will be here before we know it.

I can’t wait to go to a game this summer sit in the bleacher spend a hundy on ice cold beer and let the hot sun beat down on my face.

Tribe is my team... this is there last shot for a while I think.

You think Stros’ will make the playoffs this year?

    anything baseball. Let’s talk

Thought Tribe might take the division last year when they got hot.

They're not as good this year, Twins superior and Chi gonna win 85+ too (or was...)

Will def be most competitive division in league. It’s always about pitching but hitting needs to be on point their pitching will do... Ramirez needs to show up before 100 games in.

I think games will be full throttle with seats filled by 7/17... packed stadiums even for shitty teams

Surprised this thread hasn’t turned political.

Oh wait, did I just do that?

I also think the window has closed on the Tribe but not locked.
White Sox made significant moves during the off season that should make them contenders.
    And the Twins can hit.

Cleveland could win the division though.
Beiber is turning into a stud, he's a bonafide staff ace right now.
Clevinger has put it all together and is one of the best #2 rotation guys on any staff in baseball.
Carrasco is a fine #3 starter.
So on paper their starting 3 in the rotation is more than capable.

The bullpen is a questiion mark.
I'm fine with Hand closing, the setup men and long relievers are all question marks.

Offense is not a problem Cleveland can hit.
Lindor is stud MLB shortstop with tons of power.
Carlos Santana is 35 years old but he's mashing 30 homers a year.
J-Ram's power supply dropped off significantly from 2018 now I'm not sure if he's a legit 35 homer a year bat or 25 homer a year guy. J-Ram can still mash though.
I really like that kid they got from SD (Fran Reyes)
He rocked 37 homers last season between Cleveland and SD and could do it again.

Two things, the bench is not deep, and the lineup doesn't have a true left handed bat.
They have four regulars that hit swith but the rest are RHB's

Tribe, Minny, and Chicago should be in the mix.
I'm a die hard KC fan I can look forward to another season of sucking ass.

God bless nasher great post. Man would I would give to watch a kc tribe game right now. Dude I would give up all the good seasons just for one World Series... kc took the bull by the horns and won it and we just keep getting the heart break. Just one time man just once. Francona might have one more year of magic left in him to give this team a shot. Without Tito no chance.

If they can't play in their home parks, they can't play

I think games will be played on parks 7/17... baseball will be on Trumps agenda before any other sport. Time is moving slow imo... baseball will benefit from this too because people realize how much they miss it and going to games.

    NY a disaster right now
    No signs of slowing
The virus can start up again without social distancing

Yes right now. Mid summer different story. What do expect the virus to just disappear? Baseball is perfect sport to test the waters.

That's always my plan bettting baseball.
I'll break down all the days games the night before or the morning before the days games and seek out all live dogs.
I am extremely reluctant to lay more than -140 on any baseball game.
If I'm in love with a -180 chalk favorite I'll look for a second game to hook that -180 game up with in a two team money line parlay.
Betting two team parlays like that does cut into the book edge believe it or not.
I can explain that if you want.
