    SBR intervened with 5Dimes for me over an incorrectly graded wager

    Texas at Arizona. Game called due to rain with 4.2 innings in the books. I had texas and they graded it a loss. I went round and round (politely) with guy on chat... he basically told me to pound sand.


    I gave up... gonna wait until his shift is over and maybe take it up with someobody else in the morning... any thoughts?

    That sounds smart. Just talk to someone else.

    Did he give you any reasoning for a rainout not being a void? What was your exact bet? Was it live or pre-match? Which 5D platform?


    If you can't get it worked out with CS, you can ask to be transferred to Becky and she should get it fixed if it needs to be (and it sounds like it does)

    Thank you Optional... yes I wanted to shut it down cuz I know others have had their account slammed shut for arguing too much. Not familiar with Becky... but I will try again in the morning. It is only a $20 wager but you know this should be a black n white thing... no grey area.

    wager was made pregame "reduced juice" on the website... I don't know how that all matters... Baseball needs to finish MINIMUM of 4.5 innings for any action at all. This should not be difficult. Dude was telling me since they started the top of the 5th the game was action and graded correctly.

    I have had this account for over 10 years... of course I want it resolved but I don't want to piss off tony and get booted... should I really file a complaint over a $20 wager?

    It matters because live betting has different rules and they have 4 different betting platforms you could have placed it on.


    But if it was placed pre match in the Sportsbook Main section, then you are definitely correct.

    I'd be surprised if you even have to ask again really. Surely other people are complaining as well (well not the winners I guess) and it will be addressed.

    I would do what you plan if it isn't changed, just try again. Becky is the most senior person you can get to speak with in there, and does not mind players asking for her.

    okay I will try that in the morning... all of my experience at 5dimes is they are reasonable... first time I really had a wtf moment

    Absolutely unreal.... so I talk with another CS Agent this morning, explain the situation... and he leaves the chat for a long time like 10 minutes. Obviously I'm thinking okay they realized the mistake and are correcting this and maybe many other wagers... guy comes back and says to me that since the STARTED the 5th inning the wager was graded correctly. Same thing the guy last night said.

    This morning I tried to dispute the grading to no avail... then I filled out the SBR complaint form... and several hours later the wager was cancelled. I have to assume it was due to SBR helping out - so thank you !!!

    I cannot change the title of this thread, but if a mod would do change it to "SBR intervened with 5dimes for incorrect graded wager"

    So they make a mistake, refuse to correct it and if somebody argues too much they will shut their acct down? Wow sign me up. Also I dealt with Becky about 7 years ago amd she was a MALIGNANT -- even back then. Cannot even imagine now after licking Tonys (Real name Sean btw) butthole for all these years. Get your money out of there man. Google them. They are pieces of $ # !+
