    Angels 2019 Rotation

if no one knows I am a huge Angels fan, love Ohtani, Barria and Trout, anyway. I was looking at the roster and did not see anything too exciting in the idea of the starting rotation, anyone got a good link or any insight to the Angels Starting rotation and closer info. thanks

I was hoping that was not true on the MLb depth chart, if Harvey is your 3 guy, you are in trouble

Forget the "3rd guy" We are already in trouble that he is on the roster.

Matt Harvey will bounce back this year. He needed out of NY and looked strong in Cincinnati. I think his days as a #1 are far behind him, but he’ll be a big addition to that rotation.

Never had #1 stuff?!? Cmon man, Harvey could be as dominate as anyone in the league before the 100047 injuries.

Yea but what I mean is he started to keep the ball in the yard more consistently and got that SO/9 back up closer to 8. The injuries he’s had were catastrophic dude. Many guys don’t come back from TJ and barely anyone comes back from Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Give the guy a shot. He’s still a horse.

if the Angels ever want to compete you need real starters and this lineup is not that

Angels rotation and the Mariners rotation both look pretty weak IMO

I thought they beefed up the pen this year. That's been the problem for a long time.

I wouldn't be opposed to dealing Troutie. If Arte doesn't make a big investment to help Mike get a ring, he'll leave and we won't get crap for him. Extend him for life or trade him.

IMHO the team was .500 last year

The additions of Harvey and Garcia in the pen probably bump ya to 85 wins if Harvey can start 25 games, which he should

If you can make a move or two in June/July you'll be right there come September

Only going to need 90-93 wins to take west

Not a lost cause, plus that Korean kid or whatever might pitch later in the year

Not a lost cause this year

Cant figure out why FAs don't like Angels, they tried for a handful of B+ talent and all signed elsewhere

Best was a writer on Baseball Tonight podcast telling Buster "Teams in baseball don"t tank the way NBA teams tank cuz in the NBA one player can really change the horizon where as the Angels have had Mike Trout for sometime now..." and left it at that.

Mike Trout on #Phillies Free agent search: ‘I didn’t go a day this winter without someone asking, ‘When you coming to Philly.’ I can’t predict the future.’

The Twins scored 6 runs off Matt Harvey in the second inning. His ERA is 7.23.

"Try left-handed, Harvey," yelled one of the hundreds of fans in attendance at this makeup game. Each one can be heard clearly.
