    Boone aint going anywhere. How ridiculous would you look to have 3 managers in 3 years for a team that was 1 game from th world series and then won 100 games.

    Managers mean very little these days and I think you will see a lot less managerial changes once every organization has moved on from and old school guy and has the front office puppet in place.
