Are there sharps near the bullpen that move the line?

Was wondering if there were sharp bettors or scouts that have seats near the bullpens in mlb parks who observe the starting pitcher warming up to see if he’s got it that day. Late movement for these games is noticeable and I thought it might be due to “informants” like this.

Pitcher is just part of the game.

Of course different pitchers command different prices because the market weighs the pitchers more than they should. Even recreational bettors look at games as one pitcher versus another.

But there are so many more players that are a factor.

So no, there is more relevant information to be gleaned than watching a pitcher warm up before a game.

One caveat, if you see your pitcher take a shit, hershey squirt style, right there on the field during warm ups, you might want to fade him.
