    Sure fire MLB Total - Mia vs Stl UNDER 8.5 -121 for 2g

    This is a solid UNDER spot play. Miami is the worst offensive team in the league (3.32 runs per game) going up against Martinez with a 1.62 ERA this season. Urena isnt great but should be able to hold this Cards offense (4.3 runs per game) and I doubt Miami can put up 4.

    Stl home games are 10-18 OU and 21-32 Overall

    Buying the extra run as insurance

    "sure fire" yet buying a half run

    if it was truly sure-fire, you could consider selling a run to move the number to +plus odds

    Carlos Martinez hasn't pitched since May 8

    Juice for buying a run from 7.5 to 8.5 accounts for a 4-4 game, thus books charge less for that run than other totals, which is very low probability in this matchup. Therefore buying the run up to 8.5 increases my edge...
