    Strategies for the bases

    New to capping baseball. I was wondering if anyone had any strategies that they adhere to. I read Joe Peta's book and found it to be fairly insightful in terms of how to realize if a team is running into bad luck and things of nature. Are there any teams that you guys think hit into bad luck in 2017 who might surprise in 2018? I would love to hear any general insight or feelings that you guys have going into '18.

    Mets pitching staff, if healthy this year, can get them back over .500. May be some early season value on them.
