    Houston-NYY Over

4-4 for MLB playoffs. I like the over in Astros-Yankees game at 8.5. Gray's September ERA has been much higher the last 3 years and he struggled his last start, McCullers hasn't been consistent since all-star break, he doesn't pitch deep, Houston's bullpen has been inconsistent.

Lol, I'm saying that Gray has a history of wearing down late in the year - the fact that we are in October strengthen the point. Gray is a good pitcher capable of good starts, but he has a history of wearing down.

well that was in Oakland.. and 2 years ago because he only had two outings after July last year and this is his first time ever in the playoffs. would need a little bigger sample size than 1 start at one of the best teams in baseball.i actually think he's going to pitch a great game today. Bol

Gray's September ERA over the last 3 years is 5.46 - and that's over 62 innings the last 3 years - significantly higher than his ERA any other month. Its a big game and he's a good pitcher, butI think the value is on the over.

His ERA should be lower in Oakland, much easier park to pitch in.

I'll be sure to bet the over in his next start, Next September. I'm on the Under, BOL. Romine catching tonight for NY so I don't think Gray will be as bad.

Lol, the point about September is strengthened with the game in October. Gray is a good pitcher and he may pitch well, but I think against Houston at this time of the year in this park he will struggle.

First 5 is always an extra juice bet, and Houston's bullpen has been inconsistent, Betances is struggling as well.

Yeah, winning bet, but my big bets on Houston could be in trouble.
