    Strasburg does not like the pressure. He does not want to be in the "big spot". Over the last few years he would always make an excuse not to start when he was lined up vs. Kershaw as well. He took a few of those "nights off". Guy is a straight up puzzy. Only reason he starts today is cuz he was forced to...

    I don't even know what that means, what is your bet here? And the special Rain Delay Carryover rule for playoffs only applies after a game starts, game PPD before game like Tuesday are treated same way as regular season (refund).

    I placed this bet today around noon as part of a parlay with the Yankees, so not really sure why it says rain delay. Maybe because they're expecting a possible rain out again?

    Also don't know why my book has there lines like they do 7.50 is the same as +150

    Yes, good idea to make the Rain Delay clause visible so that everyone is aware of the rule. And if they are displaying +150 as 7.50, it is probably safe to assume this is not a USA facing book. If that's the case, book can make its own rules on Action as long as rules are clearly written.
