    Jj. American league has homefield in ws. Houston and cleveland fighting #1 seed AL. Houston and cleveland have to be looked at everyday day as viable plays. .last night houston crushed texas 11-2 as -130 road favs.

    tomlin is not a good pitcher though and probably never should be -200. id just take the over instead.

    Agreed, the line is suspiciously low, but by itself it's not enough of a case to take the underdog.

    I have Cleveland winning by over 6 runs and that's pretty high among my spreads in general. Those high ones do tend to fail. That's two contrarian reasons to buy the underdog and together can add up in the markets.

    The moneyline has also moved towards Minny. It's a tough one but if the line collapses before game time, towards the dog, I would worry about that dog.

    It's steam I wouldn't want to be a part of and might take the favorite at cheaper levels. A team like Cleveland can be a ball buster that way.

    This will be the traps of all traps if the Indians lose tonight.. That's all I got to say about that.. Twins are decent and can hit the ball and score runs so I expect them to put runs up on the board, but if the Indians bats are shut down by old Colon I'll be honestly shocked... Indians have been the hottest team in the league over this past month and that's the bottom line... They are at home where they play well and score runs..

    If the Indians lose I got caught in that trap.. I gotta a good chunk riding on the Tribe myself...

    Indians know they might actually play the Twins in the playoffs so I think they will want to set the tone in this series opener game tonight...

    Tribe also had a day off to prepare for this game tonight after coming home from the road trip... They'll be fired up for sure..
