    Tuesday Totals

    Brewers/Buccos Over 9.5
Chris Capuano's first start off the DL, he may or may not be up to his regular standards, but one thing is certain. He doesn't like facing the Pirates. Kind of bizarre since he's been a consistently good pitcher and the Pirates have been a consistently bad team, but Capuano is 2-6 with a 6.63 ERA/1.65 WHIP/.315 BAA in 10 career starts against Pittsburgh. He's 1-4 with a 6.19/1.62/.302 at PNC Park. Bautista, Bay, Castillo, Paulino, Sanchez, and Wilson all hit him very well.
On the other side, we have Shane Youman, who at 27 is making his first major league start. His AAA numbers are very average, and the Brewers have feasted on LHP this year.

    Devil Rays/Red Sox Under 9
I'm going to keep playing these Matsuzaka unders until they come down. He's Boston's best right now, and the scores of his recent games show it: 1-2, 2-1, 1-0, 1-5, 0-2. Boston doesn't hit LHP very well (they're actually 2-8 last 10 against LHP), and Kazmir has had a lot of success with Boston in his young career. He's 5-2 with a 2.60 ERA/1.20 WHIP/.203 BAA in 11 career starts against the Red Sox, and those numbers are only slightly worse at Fenway (3-2, 3.48/1.46/.238). The heart of the Red Sox order (Ortiz, Ramirez, Youkilis) is a combined 10-68 against him.

    Jays/A's Under 9
Two righties here, and both these teams have done a lot more damage against lefties this season. Blanton in particular has been lights out at home, as his 1.80 ERA, .082 WHIP, and .181 BAA are among the elite. Litsch is a bit of an unknown. He was decent his first three starts, but after the Yankees rocked him for five runs in less than an inning, he got sent back to the minors. He is capable of pitching well, but if Gibbons is forced to pull him early, the Jays' pen has shown the ability to keep them in games when their starter leaves early.

No big deal Razz...I'm sure we all knew what game you were refering too. I know you were probably thinking of one team and typed in the other by mistake.

I love this play. I also like the Rays +, but I think the under is the best play, side or total, on tomorrow's card. Kazmir has absolutely dominated Boston in his career.
