    People don't realize smart money is just a scalp off pinnacle in many cases so the line moves basically off a blind bet not a handicapped bet.

    In some cases, yes. But, if you know the right people, smart money exists. They are very sneaky, will even give head fakes. I'm fortunate to know some people that can tell me if the money is well meant.
