4/22/17

19-21-1, RoR +9.24% (vs 11/10 odds 57.3%)

Rays, First 5 innings, -104, Morton / Snell
Cardinals, First 5 innings, -112, Lynn / Anderson

Embarrassed! That is all I can say! This week has been terrible, and I should capitalize the T.
The Astros look like one of the Rock-and-Roll teams at the moment and their official record versus lefty is 3-4, so with a 9-1 record versus righty bettors expect them to cure that. Maybe, maybe not, but in the 5 inning game they are only 2-5 and that means they have been beating bullpens, not lefty starters. I have them at a sub-par rating of 34.1 versus the Rays versus starting righties at 38.5 and a 5 inning record of 8-3-1.

Cardinals are a little bit of the hair of the dog that bit us, but every day is a new proposition and different situational factors. Lynn has been a steady performer for a long time, while Anderson’s great start looks unreliable, (even unbelievable) given his past history.
