    Phil is more of a player scout than anything. Doesn't always coincide with being a successful sports bettor. He does have his moments of profits as we all do. If he does in-fact even bet .....

    I don't fault the guy for not betting. I fault him for getting pussified after joining espn and being afraid to choose real surprise teams in that section of his annual instead of teams that return DD starters and their starting qb from DD win teams lmfao
