    You see I had Toronto at 70%, but Eflin graded out pretty good though. He had a career K/BB ratio of 3.09 in the minors including 5/1 at Triple-A this year where he had 55 strikeouts vs. 11 walks in 68.1 innings with a 2.90 ERA and 0.88 WHIP. He has a very bright future and I was at least hoping for a decent outing today to help the Under along.
