-1 RL Good Idea or Bad Idea?

What is your opinion on playing the run line -1?

    Just looking for some insight

I've played it occasionally this season and had pretty decent results, won with the Phils today as a matter of fact straight up and -1. Saves the agony of 4-3 games.

Usually in baseball its -ev long term but if you're going to play it it's better to build your own -1 line using a combo of the ml and -1.5 rl. You will save 5 cents or so in most cases vs the -1 your book offers which is significant over the course of a 162 game season.

So in this scenario would you split your unit(s)? i.e. .5 on rl and .5 on ml

I do it but nothing sucks more than winning by 1 only to end up in a push. Some money is better than non.
