Yeah, love Rondon's live left arm, and if it was any. one else but Sonny Gray I'd take the dog, Rondon is mighty tempting at +117.

Here's the thing about Rondon, he allowed way too many base runners last season, but I'm hearing he's got his mechanics straighten out. pass or play the dog, passing myself.

Looks like the Indians up 7 to 1 late are going to hold on, not going to put in the win column yet, but looks good.

OK, tonight the two clear cut best pitchers are Liriano and Archer, are on the road, and both are mid sized favorites.

Since they are both on the road, I'm going to bet both the Pirates and the Rays on the run line, instead of laying the juice, I'm going to lay 1.5 runs to each the O's for +120 return, and give the Reds 1.5 runs for a return of +120.

I am confident one of the two wins, by betting the run line, if I split, I still turn a profit, where as if I bet each on the money line and I split, I wind up minus money.

There is money to be made betting road favorites on run line, and I am guaranteed that important ninth inning at bat.

Pitt -1.5 runs for +120 2*
Rays -1.5 runs for +130 2*

Without reduced juice the Pirate run line is +115, where as with it, it's +120.

If you are serious about your wagering you can't afford not to go that route.

I am, for the most part a dog or 'pick 'em player. I don't like to lay heavy minus juice.
As a rule of thumb, I will go up to laying 4 to win 3, or -133 or -135, never higher.

I am big on taking road favorites and giving a extra run for a + money return.
I am big on betting a wrong team is favored underdog too.
