with Sale, Quintana, Rondon the southsiders could make some noise if they get into the playoffs

everything would have to go right with their position players though

You would be better off crossing out the rebuilding teams for a start
so the bottom five there without a doubt
    Then cross off Tampa Bay
    The cross off the Cardinals
And then cross off the dodgers

rest will be pending offseason moves.

Got my first baseball magazine 2-3 weeks ago. Rough draft mailed to me via PDF. Never too early...

i like what the Giants are doing, but the NL is stacked.
Astros & Red Sox I suppose

A couple of those teams at the top lost some big pieces already, way overvalued. The Mets lost their two most clutch hitters who pretty much solely carried their offense late in the year and postseason. The Cardinals lost their best hitter and best pitcher from last season. The Dodgers lost their best pitcher or second best pitcher depending on one's preference. It's 2016, even year. The Giants have won every even numbered year WS this decade. DBacks and Rangers look like the best longer odds value both at +1800. Both have good pitching and both can rake the baseball. Question marks for both, no doubt but this is basically a guessing game at this point since the hot stove is still on. Lots of big names still on the market.

Everyone forgets about Pittsburgh, they have a great team. They just need to avoid the play-in game.

I think they take a big step back next year unless they get huge improvements from marte, polanco, mercer ect and become an offensive jaugernaut, because their pitching sucks

they've lost Burnett, Happ, and Morton and their rotation so far is Cole/Liriano, jon niese, Jeff Locke, RYAN FUCKINn Vogelson

they also lost their leading home run hitter in Alvarez and traded their reliable 2ndbaseman Neil Walker
