I just made a play on the ATL/MIL game for now. I am going to go under the total in this game.
951/952 ATL/MIL UNDER 8.5 (-120)
I liked the MIL side personally but am concerned about the mediocre lineup put out by Ned Yost today. Not to mention the late money pouring in on ATL. Not sure if it sharp money or degenerate money. Could be a mixture of both but I am going to stay away from MIL.
I like the Under for several reasons. First, the lineups for both teams. Neither team features a very strong lineup today. In fact only 3 of the 18 batters in the lineup today are over .300 and it is really only 1 if you discount Brian Braun and Willie Harris because they don't have enough at bats. I am concerned about the ATL bullpen after pitching almost 5 innings last night but I suspect Hudson will have a strong outing and same for Bush who is a much better pitcher at home than away. Even though the Brewer bats got going yesterday they are still in a major slump. ATL bats hardly better over the past week or so. As far as intangibles go, the one thing that stands out is the early start for this game. Hopefully players minds are still not adjusted to early WED start time...could be a factor. Look for a very well-pitched ball game from both starters today.
As always, good luck fellows
