If Marcus Stroman is healthy and effective, Jays are the favorite...

This team is already difficult enough to beat as it is...but a healthy Stroman makes them that much more formidable. You may remember, Marcus was their original ACE...and is apparently healthy enough to start..or soon to be...

The Jays are beatable, especially in the playoffs...the weak link being the pitching..Burhle, this late in the year is suspect as we saw tonight..they had no business winning that game but the Jays bats have a habit bailing out Dickey and Burhle when they go off the rails..its still a question mark but if Stroman is a go by the end of the season..Henson is gone and they go with a 4 man rotation..

let the rumors fly (again) now that we are both on the Blue Jays.. lol

i think they are the faves anyways to be honest.
    they just fight too hard

look at Donalson busting it to 1st. and forcing the errant throw on his hustle
    http://m.mlb.com/video/v411128683/to...game_pk=415531

they get down and a) either STORM back.. b) find a way

tonight vs. Texas they found a way

Price has made them all better (Rotation)
    Tulo started something too
Donaldson is the man, but Tulo presence ignited JD in a new way

    this team is going deep

it is actually a lucky break that Stroman was hurt (sounds crazy i know)
but the Jays likely do not trade for Price if Stroman is healthy.

Stroman can come back, and they have a KILLER 1-2 punch on the mound,
compounded with that Offence... and yikes

You have a point there..Stroman absence is what ultimately led to Price's acquisition...if he does in fact return...Price may in fact have a shot at pitching twice in a 7 game series, if it does come to that..which nullifies Dickey and Henson...this would essentially give teams like the Yanks and the Royals no shot at beating them...and would put them in the Cardinals/Giants conversation...

Well Stroman is back...if he works out...Henson is gone come playoff time..as he simply cannot be trusted in a 7 game series should the Jays manage to make it to an ALCS..Great to see this kid out there again...bad news for the American League...

i wan the Yankles to get a hit though..

i don't want Stroman to pitch a ton of pitches in a no-hit bid

    4 Hits, 3 Runs

i think they should let Stro' relax after 5 Innings.. let the pen finish it out

Price and Stroman should be pitching no more than 5 and a quarter innings a game until the post season...glad he got to sit..

'Stro is the real deal.. great pitcher and excellent guy to have in the dugout..
    he keeps a fire lit

Jays look good, i prefer them playing on the road in this series..
i think the Blue Jays function better as the 'underdog" or "lesser record"

..just as they did when they were in 2nd place in the AL EAST
that is when they played their best ball..
