    2 California teams...

2 new home buildings, and nothing but chaos. The Niners have a new stadium that everyone hates, its way to hot the traffic in and out is a nightmare, and you have to basically pay extra to do everything except take a piss. In addition to that the team is gutted and leaderless, enjoy Santa Clara 9er fans.

The Sacramento Kings have a new arena opening in the 2016-17 season. They had 3 head coaches in the most recent season. The final hiring is an old coach in his last hurrah who can't get along with his star player. They have a greener than green GM and an owner with his head placed firmly up his ass. Their last trade of players and draft picks to clear cap room to sign Monta Ellis (who has already signed elsewhere) and Rondo a player who can't shoot worth a damn, is trouble in the locker room and a horrible fit in Carl's offense. Have fun winning 15 games the next 6 years in that new arena Kings.

    unreal

I'm pretty sure Philadelphia is much worse. Phillies, Sixers, Eagles, Flyers.

Eagles are favored to win div. Flyers will be in contention within 3 years for the east. Sixers have great young talent. Phillies stink.

Sacramento will never win anything. Niners are done forever.
